Katya fell in love with Tampa and its great mix of culture, arts, entertainment, sports and attractions. She has personally purchased two homes since making Tampa her home. She realized that she knew very little about the complex process of home buying even though she was making what may ultimately be the biggest purchases of her life.
It was during this time that she decided to become educated about real estate investing and took it even further by becoming a Licensed FL Realtor.
